Didn't know the world of high school glee clubs was tough? Fox is set to expose all the drama and intensity in a one-hour comedy musical from Nip/Tuck creator Ryan Murphy. Glee is produced by 20th Century Fox Television, Ryan Murphy Television.
Glee follows an optimistic high school teacher as he tries to transform the school's once top-flight, but now moribund Glee Club and inspire a group of talented but unfocused performers to make it to, and win, the biggest competition of them all: Nationals. red traffic light question?
I was driving towards a red light and may have gone passed the white line but i did stop.Two reasons 1 sun was shining in my face (i know hard to believe in uk ) 2 the white line was very worn and hard to see.My question is will i get a nip and if so do i have a defence?
Very hard to say as couldn't see line but my guess i passed it with all wheels hence it could have been under or behind me.Speed would have been 5 mph as i had seen light and was stopping just didn't see stop line.I did go back along same road today to check my own feelings hence the worn or none exixtant line information.The lights have a camera
You'll only get an NIP if a Police Officer saw you or if there was a proper traffic signal camera on the pavement. Those little black cameras on top of the lights aren't enforcement cameras.
And even then, the camera points well past the lights - it's not there to catch people like you, it's for people who rudely go through the red light and just keep driving.
So if there was a camera there, then it probably didn't get you. And if there was a Police Officer there, he would have come and spoken to you while you were stopped.
I think you're fine, so relax. If you're as paranoid as I am, wait for 14 days from the date of this "offence" to elapse. An NIP has to be sent to your address (the address that the DVLA have for you) within 14 days otherwise it's not enforceable.
Traffic law makes us all so paranoid doesn't it?! Just relax mate, you'll be fine.
