What Are Realistic Expectations For Medifast?
I've been on this diet for a good while and often write about my experiences and my results. Sometimes people email and ask if my results are realistic. They want to know if I'm the exception rather than the rule and whether they can enjoy the same types of results. I'll address these concerns in the following article.
First, What Is Required For Excellent Results On Medifast?: In order to have the highest degree of success, you need to understand how and why the program works. This makes it easier to stick with it and not skip important requirements. The foods on this diet (there are over 70 choices available) are low in calories and high in protein. If you follow the directions, you'll consume a little over 1,000 calories per day. The good news is that you eat often – six times per day. Many people make the mistake of wondering if they can really lose weight quickly eating this much and they will skip some meals. Or, they'll omit the larger "lean and green meal" that they are supposed to make themselves, thinking that they are doing a good thing and that this will speed their progress, since they are taking in even less calories.
The truth is that cutting these corners will only hold you back. This diet works by putting your body in a metabolic state where you body turns on it's fat stores. But, you can't get to this place if you don't eat regularly. So, if you want to maximize your results, eat the full five medifast meals and don't skimp on your "lean and green." I know that it can feel like the right thing to do, but it isn't.
Adding in even just a little bit of movement can increase your results in my experience. And, all I will typically do is power walking and sometimes I'll use ankle weights when I'm running errands around the house. These two little things have made a huge difference in both my weight loss and in how my body looks.
How Much Weight Do Most People Lose On Medifast: I have many coworkers on this plan and I spend a reasonable amount of time on weight loss forums. Literature will tell you that "realistic" results range from about 2 – 5 pounds per week. Which end of the range that you're on will depend on many factors, ranging from how well you follow along, to how well you move more, to whether you've hit a momentary plateau.
Now, to be fair, it's probably likely that people who don't have success don't post on forums, but it's rare to me to come across someone who isn't pretty happy with their results. I can't remember any week in which I haven't lost something, although this certainly varies.
Some people will get discouraged when they only lose two pounds for the week. But, what often happens is that the next week, you might just do better. And, even if the worst case scenario happened and you typically lost two pounds per week, at the end of a year, you would have lost over 100 pounds. These are fabulous results by most standards.
How Do I Know That My Outcome On Medifast Will Be Good?: I'll often have people say to me "I wish I could be like you, but I've been on so many diets and I never lose weight. I know that this won't work for me." I understand this because I had the same doubts, but this is not the attitude to have. I too failed on countless diets before I reached where I am now. And, I did not get to this size over night. At the end of the day, you get where you need to be by many small little victories repeated over and over. Two pounds eventually turns into ten. Twenty pounds eventually becomes fifty. But, to have any success, you'll first need to dive in and get started. Nothing will happen until you do that.

Which Gorillaz member has the most cartoonish body and which Gorillaz member has the most realistic body?
I'm an artist so I'm using them as an example. Though I am positive 2d has the most cartoonish face and Noodle has the most realistic face.
I think russell is the most realistic, and 2D is by far the most cartoonish in my opinion.
