what type of jigs to use for large mouth bass?
when im fishing in weeds what type of jig would i use, and when im not what type of jig do i use, and also how fast would i reel it in and please give me links to pictures thanks.

When you're fishing jigs in weeds, you'll want a heavy flipping/pitching or football jig. Maybe even a specialized grass jig.

If you aren't fishing any type of weeds, brush, grass, timber, or anything, a heavy casting jig or swim jig would work. Fling the casting jig out and let it sink, bounce it back slow. Fish it like you would a Carolina-rigged plastic worm; lift it with the rod tip. With the swimming jig, fling it out and swim it back to you. Fish it like a spinnerbait; use the stop-'n-go retrieve.

If bass are getting particularly picky, then you might even want to go with a finesse jig or even a hair jig. Use the finesse jig on lighter line and work the same way you would a casting jig. If it has a baitfish profile, fish the hair jig like you would a swim jig, you might even wanna try fishing it with the Float-'N-Fly rig.
